Social group exercise makes physical activity more enjoyable by making it social. You will increase your fitness level, strength, and balance while also meeting similar aged adults who live in London. We host classes online via Zoom Monday - Thursday and we have in-person classes on Fridays at Higham Hill Hub, E17 5QT. Our sessions combine strength, balance, and bodyweight exercises with socialising and group discussions on health topics such as nutrition, exercise, stress, and sleep.
