Walk+Talk began at a community centre in East London with the goal of middle aged and older adults (50's -80's) socialising through physical activity. Our classes are now held online via Zoom and we also meet-up monthly for in-person walks. Following the exercise potion of our online classes we have a group discussion on a health topic such as nutrition, exercise, stress, sleep, and many more.
