Walk+Talk began at a community centre in East London with the goal of middle aged and older adults (50's -80's) socialising through physical activity. Our classes are now held online via Zoom and we also offer in-person classes at Higham Hill Community Hub. Our sessions include strength training, socialising, and discussions on health topic such as nutrition, exercise, stress, sleep, and many more.
